Social Media Campaign for AD Studio Wellness Launch

AD Studio Wellness is a well-being studio offering a range of services, including pilates, yoga, alternative therapies, and massages. The primary objective of this project was to build a strong online presence for the newly launched studio and promote its upcoming Open Day with a 15-day Social Media Campaign. Through targeted social media strategies, we aimed to engage the community, drive sign-ups for Open Day activities, and attract new clients.

More precisely, our objectives were to:

Book the 18 available slots for the Studio's Open Day.

 

Reach a 10% Engagement Rate on the new Instagram account.

Achieve a 30% Conversion Rate on the Landing Page of the event.

Achieve a 2% Click-Through Rate on Instagram organic posts.

What We Did

To achieve our objectives, we concentrated our strategy on Instagram to effectively engage the target audience. Considering both the target audience and the business goals, a Digital Marketing Campaign was designed incorporating Instagram organic posts, community management, and marketing automation to seamlessly guide prospects through the customer journey.

  Content Planning

To develop the content creation plan, we implemented a strategy grounded in the business goals, the voice and personality of the brand, the content pillars that we wanted to explore, the various types of content, and their respective purposes. This approach ensured that each piece of content was in alignment with the overarching business goals, maintained a consistent and authentic brand voice, and effectively engaged the target audience.

  Content Creation

The content creation process included a dedicated day for filming with the business owners, utilizing their unique personalities and voices to enhance audience engagement. The previously developed content plan enabled us to efficiently capture all necessary media, which was subsequently edited and transformed into various types of content for Instagram. The content was then scheduled with appropriate captions, hashtags, and geotags, at times most suitable for our audience.

  Content Management

We implemented a content management software to analyse post performance and engage with the community effectively. This software allowed us to track key metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and other interactions, providing valuable insights into what content resonated most with our audience. Additionally, it facilitated timely interactions with followers by consolidating all comments and messages in one place, ensuring prompt and consistent engagement.

  Marketing Automation

To facilitate the transition of prospects from Instagram to our landing pages, we implemented marketing automations that promptly engage with users who interact with the social media posts, thereby efficiently directing them to the event landing pages and improving conversion rates.

  CRM Software Implementation

In order to improve costumer relations and streamline processes, we implemented a CRM Software and provided training for the business owners on how to use it effectively.

We not only achieved the project's goals, but we also surpassed some of the initially defined objectives through careful planning, professional execution, and data analysis.

Event Fully Booked

With social media promotion, marketing automation and the implementation of the CRM Software we were able not only to capture leads contacts but also to fully book the available slots for the Studio's Open Day.

33% Engagement Rate

By producing high-quality visual content, utilizing pertinent hashtags, sharing valuable and relevant material, and actively engaging with the community, we successfully achieved an average engagement rate of 33% on our Instagram posts.

32% Conversion Rate

By creating visually appealing landing pages, incorporating user-friendly forms, social proof sections, a clear call to action, and sections highlighting the benefits of the business services, we achieved a 32% conversion rate among all visitors to the landing page.

2% Click-Through Rate

By incorporating the business owners's unique personalities and visions into our organic Instagram posts about the event, we fostered a more personal and engaging connection with our audience. This genuine approach was well-received, leading to a 2% click-through rate on our posts.
